You might know me through my 40 Over 40 work with women, where for 5 years, we created beautiful portraits and meaningful artwork. We explored identity, style, confidence, self-recognition.
I met some extraordinary women. Many were leaders, caretakers, high achievers, breadwinners—women used to holding everything together, pushing forward, being “the strong one.”
And in almost every session, I noticed the same longing.
Women wanted to feel more feminine.
More elegant.
More sensual.
Elegant Powerhouse grew from that realization.
How Elegant Powerhouse is different from 40 Over 40 and other sessions
Elegant Powerhouse is an evolution of my work with women.
It builds on everything I learned through 40 Over 40, but goes deeper.
An immersive experience, guided with intention and supported at every step.
It’s centered on beauty, elegance, and sensuality—now fully curated and all-inclusive.
Every detail is thoughtfully designed. Wardrobe is styled and provided for you, guided by timeless fashion and understated sophistication.
The entire experience is created so you can arrive, exhale, and step into a more feminine and powerful expression of yourself.
Why
Over the years of working with women, I’ve noticed something I didn’t expect.
Women would reach out months or even years later. Some had taken steps forward in their careers. Others were published. Some found love or new partnerships.
Many wrote to say thank you, not just for the portraits, but for how the experience stayed with them. They felt more sure of themselves. More open. More willing to move forward.
That’s when I realized this work wasn’t about treating yourself or doing something nice for a day. It was nourishing. It gave women energy.
It helped them take the next step.
Feeling beautiful has a way of moving you forward. It changes how you see yourself—and what you believe is possible.
40 Over 40 was about capturing who a woman was at that moment in her life. Elegant Powerhouse is about who she’s becoming as she steps into what’s next.

A collection of final portraits with signature master retouching (portrait value: $5,600)
A closing dinner with the 20 women who took part—to celebrate, connect, and mark this shared moment.
The First Edition
Elegant Powerhouse will be introduced later this year as a signature luxury portrait experience.
Before the public release, I'm opening it in a quieter, more personal way — through The First Edition.
This initial release is a private invitation to a limited number of women to experience Elegant Powerhouse at its beginning, while the work is taking shape and the visual language is being defined.
Because this is a collaborative experience, you will be asked to grant permission for select images and behind-the-scenes footage to be used for future promotion.
Sessions will take place between February and the end of April.
The full Elegant Powerhouse experience will be offered publicly at $8,000.
The First Edition investment is $2,500.

The beauty of this particular portrait experience is that everything is done for you, so you don’t need to prepare or bring anything with you. You simply arrive to the studio and my team and I will take it from there.

Yes, this experience includes up to 15 beautifully retouched and edited final portraits of your choosing in digital form and as signature prints.

About Iryna
Iryna Sosnovska is a New York-based fine art portrait photographer with over twenty years of experience creating portraits for women and families. She opened her Manhattan studio in 2020, where her work began to focus more intentionally on women at meaningful points of transition in their lives.
Her approach to portraiture is deeply personal and art-driven. Iryna believes photography can hold both beauty and depth—that being seen with elegance can subtly yet profoundly shift how a woman relates to herself.
Over time, she has observed that this shift rarely stays contained within the portrait experience itself. When women begin to see themselves differently, it often carries forward—into the way they speak, the confidence they bring to their work, and the way they show up in their relationships. The images become not just something to look at, but something to live from.
