Elevated Brand
The First Edition
For the woman stepping into more authority — and wants her image to reflect that.
A limited, invitation-only portrait experience.
If we’ve worked together before, I’m really glad you’re here.
And if someone you trust sent you this way — welcome.
You may know me through my portrait work with women, including 40 Over 40, where I photographed more than 150 women at moments of personal and professional transition.
More recently, I began working with women whose roles were expanding — starting businesses, stepping into leadership, and outgrowing their existing imagery. What they wanted wasn’t louder or more traditionally “powerful” branding.
They were tired of using images that didn’t really feel like them.
They wanted elegance alongside strength.
They wanted to bring more of who they are into spaces where they were becoming more visible.
HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT
Elevated Brand is not a generic headshot or branding experience. It isn’t built around templates or predefined formulas.
It begins with understanding the version of you that is taking shape — the role you’re stepping into and the way you want to be perceived — and translating that into intentional, elevated visuals.
The focus is not on presenting you as a stereotypical ideal, but on revealing the real person behind the work.
At a time when branding imagery is increasingly over-retouched, filtered or AI-generated, images that feel real stand out. Seeing a person who is confident, composed, and fully herself feels refreshing. And it builds trust.
Every element of this experience is thoughtfully planned, with wardrobe and styling curated and provided, allowing the images to feel elevated and distinctly yours, without extra effort on your part.
INSIDE ELEVATED BRAND
The Elevated Brand experience is designed to feel intentional, considered, and fully supported from start to finish.
Vision-first creative planning
The process begins with a thoughtful conversation, where we talk through your work, your direction, and how you want to be seen as you step into this next phase.
Curated wardrobe and accessories
Wardrobe and accessories are planned and provided to support multiple looks, offering variation in tone, color, and expression while maintaining a consistent, refined visual language. Every detail is thought through in advance, so nothing is left for you to figure out.
Editorial-style portrait session
The session itself is guided and editorial in approach, creating images that feel composed, natural, and intentional rather than posed or performative.
Elevated professional hair and makeup
Hair and makeup are thoughtfully tailored to each look, supporting the overall aesthetic without overpowering your natural presence.
A collection of final portraits with signature master retouching (portrait value: $5,600)
You’ll receive a curated set of final images, refined and finished with care, created for real-world use across your website, press, speaking engagements, and brand presence.
The First Edition
Elevated Brand will be introduced later this year as a luxury branding experience.
Before that public release, I'm opening it in a quieter, more personal way — through The First Edition.
This initial release is a private invitation to a limited number of women to experience Elevated Brand at its beginning, while the work is taking shape and the visual language is being defined.
Because this is a collaborative experience, you will be asked to grant permission for select images and behind-the-scenes footage to be used for future promotion.
Sessions will take place between February and the end of April.
The full Elevated Brand experience will be offered publicly at $8,000.
The First Edition investment is $2,500.

About Iryna
Iryna Sosnovska is a New York–based fine art portrait photographer with over twenty years of experience creating portraits for women and families. She opened her Manhattan studio in 2020, where her work began to focus more intentionally on women at meaningful points of transition.
Her approach to portraiture is personal and art-driven. She believes photography can hold both beauty and depth, and that being seen with clarity and elegance can subtly, yet profoundly, influence how a woman shows up in her life and work.
In recent years, her work has expanded to include branding portraiture for women in leadership, blending editorial refinement with authenticity and presence.
Iryna’s earlier portrait work with women includes the internationally recognized 40 Over 40 project.
